All Staff Should Know

Regardless of role, everyone should understand:

Voice Commands

Say "Hey Maximus" to activate voice control. Common commands:

  • "Call manager" - Get manager help
  • "What time is it?" - Check time
  • "Help" - Get guidance

Emergency Procedures

  • Know emergency exits
  • Know where first aid kit is located
  • Know how to call 911 from the system
  • Know manager on duty

Guest Service Basics

  1. Greet guests warmly
  2. Listen to their needs
  3. Solve what you can
  4. Escalate what you can't
  5. Thank them for coming

Getting Help

During Your Shift

  • Ask a coworker
  • Use voice command: "Hey Maximus, help"
  • Call the manager
  • Check documentation on your device
