Staff Dashboard

Your home screen after clocking in -- everything you need at a glance.

Dashboard Layout

The staff dashboard is organized into four sections:

The top row provides instant access to your most-used tools:

Quick links can be reordered by your manager based on your role.


Shift Information

The shift card shows:

  • Your name and role (e.g., Server, Bartender)
  • Clock-in time and hours worked so far
  • Assigned section or station
  • Scheduled end time for your shift
  • Break status -- upcoming or overdue breaks

Tap the shift card to open your full time clock details.


Announcements

Managers post announcements that appear on every staff dashboard:

  • Daily specials and 86'd items
  • Shift reminders (e.g., "VIP party at 7 PM, Table 12")
  • Policy updates or training notices
  • Weather or event alerts that affect operations

New announcements show a badge until you read them. Tap to expand and mark as read.


Activity Feed

The bottom of the dashboard shows a live feed of:

  • Orders assigned to you
  • Table status changes in your section
  • Kitchen alerts (items ready, delays)
  • Messages from managers

Role-Based Views

The dashboard adapts based on your role:
