Staff Quick Start
1. First Login
System Requirements
Before your first login, ensure you have a device running iOS 13+, Android 8+, or a modern web browser. Your manager will provide your login credentials.
Your manager will provide you with:
- Your employee ID or email
- Your 6-digit PIN
- Open the Restaurant Revolution app
- Select your restaurant location
- Enter your employee ID or email
- Enter your 6-digit PIN
- You're in!
Biometric Login
If biometric login is enabled, you can use your fingerprint or Face ID after the first login for faster clock-in during shifts.
2. Learn the Basics

3. Voice Commands
Say "Hey Maximus" followed by:
- "What's table 5's order?"
- "Add a Coke to my current order"
- "What time does my shift end?"
Kitchen Quick Start
1. Access the Kitchen Display
- Log in with your kitchen PIN
- Select your station (Grill, Fry, Salad, etc.)
- Orders appear automatically
2. Working with Orders

| Start an order | Tap the order card |
| Mark item ready | Tap the item |
| Bump completed order | Tap "Bump" or press the bump bar |
| Recall order | Tap "Recall" tab |
Voice Bump: Say "Bump order 42" to complete hands-free!
Manager Quick Start
1. Access Manager Features
After logging in:
- Tap the menu icon (three lines)
- Select "Manager Dashboard"

3. Voice AI - "Hey Maximus"
Just ask natural questions:
- "What were sales yesterday?"
- "Who's clocked in right now?"
- "Show me labor cost for this week"
- "What's our top selling item today?"
Owner Quick Start
1. Access the Web Portal
Go to portal.restaurantrevolution.ai and log in with your owner credentials.
