Using the Dashboard

Accessing

  1. Log in with manager credentials
  2. Tap "Dashboard" in main navigation
  3. Dashboard loads automatically

Refreshing Data

  • Auto-refresh every 30 seconds
  • Pull down to manually refresh
  • Tap card for detailed view

Time Periods

Default: Today

Options available:

  • Last 7 Days

  • Custom Date Range

Drilling Down

Sales Details

Tap the Sales card to see:

  • Revenue by hour
  • Revenue by category
  • Revenue by order type
  • Top selling items
  • Payment method breakdown

Labor Details

Tap the Labor card to see:

  • Staff currently clocked in
  • Hours by employee

Customizing the Dashboard

Reordering Cards

  1. Tap and hold a card
  2. Drag to new position
  3. Release to place

Hiding/Showing Cards

  1. Tap settings icon (gear)
  2. Toggle cards on/off
  3. Save preferences

Setting Targets

  1. Tap card settings
  2. Enter target values
  3. Dashboard shows vs. target

  3. Export is generated

  1. Tap "Export" button (top right)
  2. Select date range
  3. Choose metrics to include
  4. Generate report
