Use voice commands for hands-free operation during busy service.

Getting Started​

Activating Voice​

Say: "Hey Maximus" followed by your command.

Example: "Hey Maximus, add a burger to table 5"

Tips for Best Results​

  1. Speak clearly - Normal pace, facing device
  2. Reduce background noise - Step away from kitchen if possible
  3. Use natural language - Talk like you're asking a coworker
  4. Wait for the chime - Indicates Maximus is listening

Troubleshooting​

Not Responding​

  1. Check microphone permissions
  2. Ensure device isn't muted

Misunderstood Commands​

  4. Use manual input as backup

Voice Not Available​

If voice feature is down:

  1. Use touch input instead
  2. All functions still available manually
  3. Report to manager
