Table Reports give managers detailed visibility into how efficiently the dining room operates — from individual table performance to server-level productivity.

Table Turn Times

Track how long each table is occupied from seating to payment close. The system breaks the turn into distinct phases so you can pinpoint delays.

Covers Per Table

View the average number of guests seated at each table or table configuration. This data helps optimize your floor plan — if a four-top consistently seats only two guests, consider replacing it with a deuce.

  • Covers by party size — understand your guest mix for seating strategy

Section Performance

Sections group tables by server assignment. Section-level reports aggregate revenue, covers, turn times, and check averages so managers can evaluate whether sections are balanced.

  • Turn count by section (higher turns in well-managed sections)
  • Comparative view across all sections for a given shift

Peak Seating Times

A heatmap visualization shows when the dining room is at capacity versus underutilized. Use this data to:
