Order Tracking

Follow your order from kitchen to delivery.

Accessing Order Tracking

After placing an order:

  1. Tap Track Order on confirmation
  2. Or go to Orders tab
  3. Tap your active order

Order Status Timeline

Your order moves through stages:

Delivery Orders

Real-Time Updates

The tracking screen shows:

Live Status

  • Current stage highlighted
  • Completed stages checked
  • Estimated time countdown

Push Notifications

You will receive notifications for:

  • Order confirmed
  • Order being prepared
  • Ready for pickup
  • Driver assigned (delivery)
  • Driver arriving soon
  • Delivered

Estimated Time

ETA Display

Shows estimated:

  • Ready time (pickup/dine-in)
  • Delivery time (delivery)
  • Updates in real-time

Time Changes

ETA Updates

Estimated arrival times are dynamic and update in real-time. Slight changes are normal and reflect actual kitchen and delivery conditions rather than a problem with your order.

ETA may change due to:

  • Kitchen busy (longer)
  • Quick preparation (shorter)
  • Traffic conditions (delivery)
  • Driver delays

Delivery Tracking

For delivery orders:

Driver Info

When assigned, see:

  • Driver name
  • Vehicle description
  • Contact option

Live Map

  • Driver location shown on map
  • Route to your address
  • Updates every few seconds

Contact Driver

  1. Tap Contact
  2. Choose call or message
  3. Communicate directly

Note: Contact available only during active delivery.


Order Details

Tap Order Details to see:

  • Order number (tap to copy)
  • All items ordered
  • Special instructions
  • Delivery address
  • Payment summary

Restaurant Information

View restaurant:

  • Name and location
  • Phone number
  • Address (for pickup)

Tap phone to call restaurant directly.


Order Actions

Cancel Order

If order not yet prepared:

  1. Tap Cancel Order
  2. Confirm cancellation
  3. Refund processed
Cancellation Window

You cannot cancel an order once the restaurant has started preparing it. If you need to make changes after preparation begins, contact the restaurant directly or reach out to support.

Reorder

After completion:

  1. Tap Reorder
  2. Same items added to cart
  3. Review and checkout

Order Issues

Report a Problem

If something is wrong:

  1. Tap Help or Report Issue
  2. Select issue type:
    • Missing items
    • Wrong items
    • Quality issue
    • Never delivered
    • Late delivery
  3. Add description
  4. Submit

Contact Support

For immediate help:

  1. Tap Contact Support
  2. Choose chat or call
  3. Explain your issue

Order History

View Past Orders

  1. Go to Orders tab
  2. Scroll to see history
  3. Tap any order for details

Search Orders

  1. Tap Search
  2. Enter restaurant name
  3. Filter by date range

Filter Orders

Filter by status:

  • All orders
  • Completed
  • Cancelled
  • In progress

Receipts

View Receipt

  1. Open order details
  2. Tap View Receipt
  3. See itemized receipt

Email Receipt

  1. Tap Email Receipt
  2. Sent to your account email

Download Receipt

  1. Tap Download
  2. PDF saved to device
