Account & Login Issues
Can't Log In
Try these steps:

Check your credentials
- Make sure you're using the correct email
- Passwords are case-sensitive
- Check for extra spaces

Reset your password
- Tap "Forgot Password?"
- Enter your email
- Check inbox (and spam folder)
- Click reset link within 1 hour

Try social login
- If you signed up with Google/Apple, use that option
- Look for "Sign in with Google" or "Sign in with Apple"

Check your internet connection
- Switch between Wi-Fi and cellular
- Try airplane mode on/off
Account Locked
If you see "Account locked":
- Wait 30 minutes and try again
- Too many failed login attempts triggers a temporary lock
- If still locked, contact support
Forgot Which Email I Used
- Try your most common email addresses
- Check your email for past order confirmations from Restaurant Revolution
- Contact support with your phone number to look up your account
Can't Verify My Email
- Check spam/junk folder
- Add
noreply@restaurantrevolution.aito contacts - Tap "Resend Verification Email"
- Wait a few minutes between attempts
Order Issues
Order Not Showing Up
If you just placed an order:
- Pull down to refresh the screen
- Check Order History in your profile
- Look for confirmation email
- Wait 1-2 minutes for system to sync
If order is missing from history:
- The restaurant may not have confirmed it yet
- Check your email for confirmation
- Contact the restaurant directly
Order Status Not Updating
- Pull down to refresh
- Check your internet connection
- The restaurant may be busy - allow extra time
- For pickup orders, it's okay to call the restaurant
Want to Cancel an Order
Before restaurant confirms:
- Go to order details
- Tap "Cancel Order"
- Confirm cancellation
- Refund processes automatically
After restaurant confirms:
- Call the restaurant directly
- Cancellation depends on whether they've started preparing
- Partial refund may apply
Wrong Items in My Order
If you haven't left yet:
- Check your order at pickup
- Show the issue to staff immediately
- They'll correct it on the spot
If you've already left:
- Go to Order History
- Find the order
- Tap "Report an Issue"
- Select "Wrong items received"
- Describe what was wrong
- Submit for review
Missing Items
- Go to Order History
- Find the order
- Tap "Report an Issue"
- Select "Missing items"
- Check the items that were missing
- Submit - refund or credit will be issued
Food Quality Issue
- Go to Order History > Find order
- Tap "Report an Issue"
- Select "Quality issue"
- Describe the problem
- Add photos if possible
- Submit for restaurant review
Payment Issues
Payment Failed
Try these solutions:

Check card details
- Expiration date correct?
- Billing address matches?
- Sufficient funds available?

Try a different payment method
- Add another card
- Use Apple Pay / Google Pay
- Use gift card balance

Contact your bank
- They may have blocked the transaction
- Authorize the merchant "Restaurant Revolution"

Update card in app
- Go to Profile > Payment Methods
- Remove old card
- Add card fresh
Charged But Order Didn't Go Through
- Wait 5 minutes - the order may still process
- Check your email for confirmation
- If no order after 10 minutes:
- The charge was likely a temporary hold
- It will drop off in 1-5 business days
- Contact support if charge posts permanently
Double Charged
- Check if you accidentally placed two orders
- Review Order History for duplicates
- If truly double charged:
- Take screenshot of bank statement
- Contact support with order details
- Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
Gift Card Not Working
- Check the balance (Profile > Gift Cards)
- Ensure it's activated
- Gift card may be for a specific restaurant/chain
- Try entering code manually (case-sensitive)
Refund Not Received

App Issues
App Crashing

App Running Slow
- Close other apps running in background
- Check internet connection speed

Push Notifications Not Working
iOS:
- Settings > Restaurant Revolution
- Enable Notifications
- Enable all notification types
Android:
- Settings > Apps > Restaurant Revolution
- Notifications > Enable
- Allow all categories
Location Not Working
For finding nearby restaurants:

- iOS: Settings > Privacy > Location Services > Restaurant Revolution > "While Using"
- Android: Settings > Apps > Restaurant Revolution > Permissions > Location

Delivery Issues
Driver Can't Find Me
- Check your delivery address is correct
- Add delivery instructions (gate code, building number)
- Watch for driver's call/text
- Meet driver outside if possible
Delivery Taking Too Long
- Check estimated time on order screen
- Pull down to refresh for updates
- Heavy traffic or weather may cause delays
- Contact restaurant if significantly delayed
Delivered to Wrong Address
- Check the address on your order
- Contact driver (if still active)
- Contact restaurant immediately
- Report issue in app for refund/redelivery
Loyalty & Rewards Issues
Points Not Showing
- Points appear after order completion
- Allow 24 hours for points to post
- Check you're logged into correct account
- Some promotions may exclude points
Can't Redeem Reward
- Check reward requirements (minimum order, specific items)
- Verify reward hasn't expired
- Some rewards are one per order
- Try on next order if current doesn't qualify
Missing Tier Benefits
- Check your current tier status
- Benefits activate at tier upgrade
- Some benefits require minimum order
- Contact support if benefits don't apply

For issues with a specific order, calling the restaurant is often fastest:
- Go to Order History
- Find the order
- Tap the restaurant name
- Tap the phone number

How do I delete my account?
- Go to Profile > Settings > Account
- Scroll to "Delete Account"
- Confirm deletion
- Account deleted within 30 days
- Unused gift card balances will be forfeited
How do I update my email?
- Profile > Settings > Account
- Tap email address
- Enter new email
- Verify via confirmation email
How do I change my phone number?
- Profile > Settings > Account
- Tap phone number
- Enter new number
- Verify via SMS code
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. We use:
- Bank-level encryption (TLS 1.3)
- PCI DSS compliance
- We never store full card numbers
- Tokenized payments
How do I give feedback?
- Rate your order: After each order
- Restaurant review: In order history
- App feedback: Profile > Help > Send Feedback
