Earn points on every order and unlock exclusive rewards.

How It Works

  1. Order - Place orders as usual
  2. Earn - Get points on every dollar spent
  3. Level Up - Reach higher tiers for better rewards
  4. Redeem - Use points for discounts and free items

Accessing Loyalty

  1. Go to Profile
  2. Tap Loyalty & Rewards
  3. View your status and rewards

Or on the Home screen, tap the loyalty banner.


Earning Points

Points Per Dollar

Bronze1 point / $1
Silver1.25 points / $1
Gold1.5 points / $1
Platinum2 points / $1

What Counts

Points earned on:

  • Food and beverage
  • Delivery fees
  • Service fees

Points NOT earned on:

  • Tips
  • Taxes
  • Gift card purchases

When Points Post

  • After order delivered/completed
  • Usually within 24 hours
  • Check Points History for details

Loyalty Tiers

Tier Levels

  • Everything in Bronze
  • Earn 1.25 points per dollar
  • Priority customer support

Gold

  • Everything in Silver
  • Earn 1.5 points per dollar
  • Free delivery on orders $20+
  • Exclusive menu items

Platinum

  • Everything in Gold
  • Earn 2 points per dollar
  • Free delivery always
  • Dedicated support line
  • Surprise rewards
  • VIP experiences

Redeeming Points

Available Rewards

View in the Rewards tab:

  • Discounts - $5 off, $10 off, etc.
  • Free Items - Appetizers, drinks, desserts
  • Free Delivery - Skip delivery fee
  • Upgrades - Size upgrades, add-ons

How to Redeem

At Checkout

  1. See available points at checkout
  2. Toggle Apply Loyalty Discount
  3. Points deducted, discount applied

In Rewards Tab

  1. Browse available rewards
  2. Tap Redeem on desired reward
  3. Reward added to your account
  4. Use at next checkout

Birthday Rewards

Set Birthday

  1. Go to Profile
  2. Tap Edit Profile
  3. Enter birthday
  4. Save

Birthday Reward

During your birthday month:

  • Bonus points credited
  • Special birthday discount
  • Free birthday item (Gold+)

Referral Bonus

Refer Friends

  1. Go to Loyalty
  2. Tap Refer Friends
  3. Share your referral link
  4. Friend signs up and orders
  5. You both get bonus points

Referral Rewards

Earn Up to 10,000 Bonus Points

Refer up to 20 friends and earn 500 points each time a friend places their first order. That is up to 10,000 bonus points -- enough for $100 in rewards.

Points Expiration

Standard Points

Points Expiration

Points expire after 12 months of account inactivity. Place an order, redeem points, or earn new points at least once every 12 months to keep your balance from expiring.

Points expire 12 months after earning if:

  • No account activity
  • No orders placed
  • No points redeemed

Promotional Points

Bonus/promotional points may expire sooner:

  • Expiration shown when earned
  • Use before deadline
  • Cannot be extended

Troubleshooting

Points Not Showing

  • Wait 24 hours after order completion
  • Check order was delivered/picked up
  • Verify order not cancelled/refunded
  • Contact support with order number

Wrong Tier

  • Tier based on rolling 12-month spend
  • Check Points History for spend total
  • Tier updates automatically
  • Allow 24 hours for changes

Cannot Redeem

  • Check sufficient points balance
  • Verify reward not expired
  • Some rewards have minimums
  • Contact support if issue persists
