Buy, send, and use gift cards at your favorite restaurants.

Buying Gift Cards​

In the App​

  1. Tap Gift Cards from home screen
  2. Select restaurant (or any location)
  3. Choose amount:
    • Preset: $25, $50, $75, $100
    • Custom: $10 - $500
  4. Choose recipient:
    • Myself
    • Someone else
  5. Complete purchase

For Yourself​

  1. Select For Myself
  2. Pay with saved card
  3. Gift card added to your wallet instantly

As a Gift​

  1. Select Send as Gift
  2. Enter recipient:
    • Name
    • Email or phone number
  3. Add personal message (optional)
  4. Choose delivery:
    • Send now
    • Schedule (birthday, holiday)
  5. Complete purchase
  6. Recipient receives via email/text

Adding to Mobile Wallet​

  1. Open gift card email/text
  2. Tap Add to Apple Wallet or Add to Google Wallet
  3. Card saved to phone
  4. Balance updates automatically
  5. Show at checkout

Checking Your Balance​

In the App​

  1. Go to Wallet or Gift Cards
  2. See all your cards and balances
  3. Tap any card for details

On Website​

  1. Go to restaurant website
  2. Click Gift Cards > Check Balance
  3. Enter card number
  4. Balance displayed

By Phone​

Call the restaurant and provide your card number.

Using Gift Cards​

In-Person at Restaurant​

Physical Card:

  • Hand card to server/cashier
  • Card is scanned
  • Balance applied to bill

Digital Card:

  • Open in Apple/Google Wallet
  • Or show QR code from app/email
  • Staff scans code
  • Balance applied

Online Ordering​

  1. Add items to cart
  2. Go to checkout
  3. Under Payment, select Gift Card
  4. Enter card number or select from wallet
  5. Balance applied automatically
  6. Pay any remaining amount

Partial Use​

If order is more than gift card balance:

Order Total:        $75.00
Gift Card Balance:  $50.00
Applied:           -$50.00
────────────────────────────
Pay Remaining:      $25.00

Pay the difference with another method.

Combining Gift Cards​

Using Multiple Cards​

  1. At checkout, apply first gift card
  2. Tap Add Another Gift Card
  3. Enter second card
  4. Combined balance applied
  5. Repeat for more cards

Example​

Order Total:        $100.00
Gift Card 1:       -$50.00
Gift Card 2:       -$35.00

Pay Remaining:      $15.00

Reloading Gift Cards​

Add Money to Your Card​

  1. Go to Wallet > Gift Cards
  2. Select the card
  3. Tap Reload
  4. Enter amount ($10 - $500)
  5. Complete payment
  6. Balance updated instantly

Store Credit​

What is Store Credit?​

Credit on your account from:

  • Refunded orders
  • Restaurant goodwill
  • Promotional credits

Using Store Credit​

  1. At checkout, see Available Credit
  2. Tap Apply Store Credit
  3. Credit deducted from order
  4. Pay any remaining balance

Checking Store Credit​

  1. Go to Wallet or Account
  2. View Store Credit balance
  3. See history of credits received

Gift Card FAQ​

Do gift cards expire?​

Check local laws. In most jurisdictions:

  • Balance cannot expire for 5+ years
  • Fees may apply after dormancy period

Can I return a gift card?​

Generally no. Gift card purchases are final.

What if I lose my card?​

Physical: Contact restaurant with proof of purchase Digital: Log into your account or check email

Can I use at any location?​

Yes! Gift cards work at all locations of the restaurant.

Is there a fee to buy?​

No fees to purchase gift cards.

Can I split between gift card and credit card?​

Yes! Use gift card first, then pay remaining with any method.

Troubleshooting​

Gift Card Declined​

  • Check balance is sufficient
  • Verify card number is correct
  • Card may not be activated yet
  • Contact restaurant support

Didn't Receive Digital Card​

  • Check spam/junk folder
  • Verify email was correct
  • Check SMS if phone provided
  • Contact restaurant to resend

Wrong Balance Shown​

  • Wait a few minutes and refresh
  • Recent transactions may be processing
  • Contact restaurant with receipt if discrepancy
