Complete your order securely.

Checkout Overview​

The checkout screen shows:

  1. Order summary (items, quantities)
  2. Order type selection
  3. Delivery address or pickup location
  4. Payment method
  5. Tip selection
  6. Loyalty points (if available)
  7. Special instructions
  8. Final total

Order Type​

Delivery​

Have your order brought to you:

  1. Select Delivery
  2. Choose or add delivery address
  3. See estimated delivery time
  4. Delivery fee shown in total

Pickup​

Pick up at the restaurant:

  1. Select Pickup
  2. See restaurant address
  3. Estimated ready time shown
  4. No delivery fee

Dine-In​

Order ahead for dine-in:

  1. Select Dine-In
  2. Choose restaurant location
  3. Optionally add table number
  4. Food brought to your table

Delivery Address​

Select Address​

  1. Tap Delivery Address
  2. Choose from saved addresses
  3. Default address pre-selected
  4. Tap Add New if needed

Delivery Instructions​

Add helpful details:

  • Gate or door codes
  • "Leave at door"
  • Building instructions
  • Contact preferences

Payment Methods​

Express Checkout​

Fastest Checkout

Use Apple Pay or Google Pay for one-tap checkout. Your saved wallet skips manual card entry entirely, getting you through checkout in seconds.

Fastest options:

  • Apple Pay - Face ID/Touch ID to pay (iOS)
  • Google Pay - Quick tap to pay (Android)

Card Payment​

  1. Tap Payment Method
  2. Select saved card
  3. Or tap Add New Card
  4. Card charged at order placement

Saved Cards​

Your saved cards show:

  • Card type (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
  • Last 4 digits
  • Default indicator

Add New Card​

  1. Tap Add Payment Method
  2. Enter card number
  3. Enter expiration and CVV
  4. Enter billing ZIP
  5. Optionally save for future

3D Secure​

Some cards require extra verification:

  1. Bank authentication screen appears
  2. Approve via your bank app or SMS
  3. Return to complete order

Tipping​

Show appreciation for service:

Preset Tips​

Quick options:

  • 10%
  • 15%
  • 18%
  • 20%

Custom Tip​

  1. Tap Custom
  2. Enter dollar amount
  3. Tip added to total

No Tip​

Select No Tip if preferred.

Tips go to:

  • Delivery: Driver
  • Pickup: Restaurant staff
  • Dine-In: Server

Loyalty Points​

If you have loyalty points:

Apply Points​

  1. See available points displayed
  2. Toggle Apply Loyalty Discount
  3. Discount calculated automatically
  4. Remaining points shown

Earn Points​

Points earned on this order shown:

  • Based on order total
  • Tier multipliers applied
  • Points added after delivery

Special Instructions​

Add notes for the restaurant:

  • Allergy reminders
  • Preparation preferences
  • Utensil requests
  • Napkin requests

  1. Tap Place Order
  2. Review confirmation dialog
  3. Tap Confirm
  4. Payment processed
  5. Order confirmation shown

Order Confirmation​

You will see:

  • Order number
  • Estimated time
  • Order details
  • Track Order button

Payment Issues​

Card Declined​

If payment fails:

  1. Check card details
  2. Verify sufficient funds
  3. Try different card
  4. Contact your bank

Processing Error​

Duplicate Order Prevention

If a payment error occurs, do not place the order again immediately. First check the Orders tab to see if the original order went through. Placing a second order could result in a double charge.

If error occurs:

  1. Check Orders tab first
  2. If not there, wait a moment and try again
  3. Contact support if the issue persists
