Delivery Ordering
Get your favorite meals delivered right to your door.
Browsing for Delivery
- Open the restaurant and tap Delivery at the top of the menu
- The menu adjusts to show only delivery-eligible items
- Some items (e.g., certain cocktails) may be unavailable for delivery
- Delivery fees and estimated arrival time appear at the top
Entering Your Delivery Address
- Tap Delivery Address in the order header
- Enter your street address, apartment/suite, and any gate codes
- The app validates the address is within the restaurant's delivery zone
- Save the address to your account for faster checkout next time
Delivery Zone
- Each restaurant sets its own delivery radius
- If your address is outside the zone, you will see "Out of delivery range"
- Try switching to Pickup or searching for a closer location
Estimated Delivery Time
After adding items to your cart, the app displays:

| Prep time | How long the kitchen needs |
| Travel time | Distance from restaurant to you |
| Total estimate | Combined prep + travel time |
Estimates update in real time based on kitchen load and driver availability.
Tracking Your Driver
Once your order is confirmed:
- A live map appears showing driver location
- Status updates as the order progresses:
- Order Received -- kitchen is preparing your food
- Being Prepared -- actively cooking
- Ready for Pickup -- waiting for driver
- Driver En Route -- on the way to you
- Arriving Soon -- within a few minutes
- Delivered -- order complete
- Tap Contact Driver to call or message
Delivery Instructions
Add special instructions for the driver:
- "Leave at door"
- "Ring doorbell"
- "Call when arriving"
- "Meet at lobby"
Set a default instruction in Account > Addresses so you do not have to repeat it.
Payments and Tipping
Payment at Checkout
All standard payment methods are accepted for delivery:
- Credit/debit card
- OlympusPay wallet
- Apple Pay / Google Pay
- Gift cards
Delivery Tip
- A tip prompt appears at checkout
- Choose a suggested percentage (15%, 20%, 25%) or enter a custom amount
- You can adjust the tip up to one hour after delivery
- 100% of the delivery tip goes to your driver
