Pickup Ordering

Order ahead and grab your food when it is ready -- no waiting in line.

Placing a Pickup Order

  1. Open the restaurant and tap Pickup at the top of the menu
  2. Browse the full menu and add items to your cart
  3. Proceed to checkout and select Pickup as your order type
  4. Complete payment

All menu items are available for pickup unless the restaurant has marked specific items as dine-in only.


Selecting a Pickup Time

At checkout you can choose when to pick up:

Scheduling Tips

  • Popular times fill up -- order early for peak hours
  • The app shows available time slots based on kitchen capacity
  • You can change your pickup time before the restaurant starts preparing

Order Confirmation

After placing your order you receive:

  1. In-app confirmation with order number and estimated ready time
  2. Email receipt sent to your account email
  3. Push notification (if enabled) with order summary

Save your order number -- staff may ask for it at pickup.


Ready Notification

When your food is ready:

  • A push notification says "Your order is ready for pickup!"
  • The in-app order status changes to Ready
  • If you enabled SMS alerts, you also receive a text message

Checking In on Arrival

Let the restaurant know you have arrived so they can have your order waiting:

In the App

  1. Open your active order
  2. Tap "I'm Here"
  3. Optionally add your parking spot or vehicle description
  4. Staff brings your order or directs you to the pickup area

Curbside Pickup

If the restaurant offers curbside:

  1. Park in a designated curbside spot
  2. Tap "I'm Here" and enter your spot number
  3. A staff member brings the order to your car

Pickup Locations

Restaurants may designate specific pickup points:

The confirmation screen tells you where to go.


Modifying or Canceling

  • Before preparation starts: cancel or modify freely from the order screen
  • During preparation: contact the restaurant through the app; modifications are not guaranteed
  • After ready: the order cannot be canceled
