Olympus Pay is your digital wallet that combines:

  • Stored Value - Pre-loaded balance for fast checkout
  • Gift Cards - Manage all your gift cards in one place
  • Cashback Rewards - Automatic savings added to your wallet
  • Loyalty Points - Convert points to wallet balance
  • Refund Credits - Receive refunds instantly

Getting Started​

Setting Up Olympus Pay​

  1. Open the app and go to Profile → Wallet
  2. Tap Set Up Olympus Pay
  3. Add a funding source (credit/debit card or bank)
  4. Verify your identity (for security)
  5. Add initial balance (optional)

Adding Money​

  1. Go to Wallet → Add Money
  2. Enter amount ($10 - $500)
  3. Select funding source
  4. Confirm payment
  5. Balance available instantly

Auto-Reload​

Never run out of balance:

  1. Go to Wallet → Settings → Auto-Reload
  2. Enable Auto-Reload
  3. Configure:
    • Reload Amount: $25, $50, $100, custom
    • Trigger: When balance falls below $10, $25, $50
    • Funding Source: Select card or bank
  4. Save settings

Using Olympus Pay​

In-App Checkout​

  1. Add items to your order
  2. Proceed to checkout
  3. Olympus Pay balance applies automatically
  4. Or tap Change Payment to use another method
  5. Confirm and pay

In-Store Payment​

Contactless (Tap to Pay):

  1. Open app → Wallet → Pay
  2. Hold phone near payment terminal
  3. Authenticate (Face ID, fingerprint, or PIN)
  4. Payment completes instantly

QR Code:

  1. Open app → Wallet → Pay → Show QR
  2. Cashier scans your QR code
  3. Confirm amount on your phone
  4. Payment complete

Payment Priority​

When you have multiple balances, they're used in this order:

  1. Promotional credits (expiring soonest first)
  2. Cashback rewards
  3. Gift card balances
  4. Stored value balance
  5. Linked payment method (if balance insufficient)

Cashback History​

View all earned cashback:

  1. Go to Wallet → Rewards
  2. See cashback earned by transaction
  3. View monthly and yearly totals

Setting Up Security​

  1. Go to Wallet → Settings → Security
  2. Enable biometric authentication
  3. Set your 6-digit PIN
  4. Configure transaction limits:
    • Per-transaction limit
    • Daily spending limit
  5. Enable transaction notifications

If Your Phone Is Lost​

  1. Log in at restaurantrevolution.ai/wallet
  2. Click Lock Wallet
  3. All transactions blocked instantly
  4. Balance remains safe
  5. Unlock from new device after verification

Transferring Balance​

Send money to another Olympus Pay user:

  1. Go to Wallet → Send
  2. Enter recipient's email or phone
  3. Enter amount
  4. Add optional message
  5. Confirm and send

Limits:

  • Daily transfer limit: $500
  • Per-transfer limit: $250
  • Recipient must have Olympus Pay account

Withdrawing Balance​

Withdraw stored value to your bank (where available):

  1. Go to Wallet → Withdraw
  2. Select linked bank account
  3. Enter amount (minimum $10)
  4. Confirm withdrawal
  5. Funds arrive in 3-5 business days

Gift cards, promotional credits, and cashback cannot be withdrawn.

Gift Cards​

View Gift Cards​

Each card displays:

  • Card design
  • Current balance
  • Card code (tap to view full)
  • QR code for in-store

Add a Gift Card​

  1. Tap Add Gift Card
  2. Enter the gift card code
  3. Tap Add
  4. Balance added to wallet

Where to Find Code​

Physical cards: Scratch off back Email/digital: In the email body Receipt purchase: On the receipt

Using Gift Cards​

At Checkout​

  1. Proceed to checkout
  2. Gift card balance auto-applies
  3. Or tap Wallet to select specific card
  4. Remaining balance shown

Partial Payment​

If order exceeds balance:

  • Gift card covers what it can
  • Remaining charged to card
  • Can use multiple gift cards

In-Store​

Show QR code to cashier:

  1. Open gift card in wallet
  2. Tap Show QR Code
  3. Cashier scans code
  4. Balance applied

Checking Balance​

In App​

Balance shows on each card in wallet.

Online​

Visit restaurantrevolution.ai/giftcard:

  1. Enter card code
  2. View current balance
  3. See transaction history

By Phone​

Call 1-800-RR-GIFT1 with card code.

Purchasing Gift Cards​

Buy for Someone​

  1. Go to Profile and then Gift Cards
  2. Tap Buy Gift Card
  3. Select amount ($10, $25, $50, $100, custom)
  4. Choose delivery:
    • Email - Send to email address
    • Text - Send to phone number
    • Print - Generate printable PDF
  5. Add personal message
  6. Pay and send

Buy for Yourself​

Same process, enter your own email.

  1. Open wallet

Sharing Gift Cards​

Send Balance​

  1. Open gift card
  2. Tap Share or Send
  3. Enter recipient email or phone
  4. Enter amount to send
  5. Add message (optional)
  6. Tap Send

Receive Gift Card​

When someone sends you one:

  1. Check email or text
  2. Tap the link
  3. Log in or create account
  4. Card added to wallet

Refunds to Wallet​

Order refunds may go to wallet:

  • Faster than card refund
  • Use on next order
  • Cannot be withdrawn as cash

Expiration​

Gift Card Expiration​

Most gift cards do not expire.

Check your state:

  • Some states require expiration
  • If applicable, shown on card
  • Balance may reduce over time with inactivity fees (where legal)

Promotional Credit​

Promotional credits may expire:

  • Expiration date clearly shown
  • Use before expiration
  • Cannot be extended

Lost or Stolen Cards​

Report Lost Card​

  1. Go to wallet
  2. Tap the card
  3. Tap Report Lost/Stolen
  4. Remaining balance frozen
  5. New card issued to wallet

Without the Code​

Contact support with:

  • Purchase receipt
  • Email used to buy
  • Approximate purchase date
  • Amount purchased

Troubleshooting​

Code Not Working​

  • Check for typos (0 vs O, 1 vs l)
  • Verify code not already redeemed
  • Ensure code is for Restaurant Revolution
  • Contact support with purchase proof

Balance Missing​

  • Pull down to refresh
  • Check transaction history
  • Verify correct account
  • Contact support
