Managing Your Profile

Update your account information and preferences.

Profile Overview

Access your profile:

  1. Tap Profile tab (bottom right)
  2. View your account summary

Your profile shows:

  • Name and photo
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Saved addresses count
  • Payment methods count
  • Loyalty status

Edit Personal Info

Update Your Name

  1. Tap Edit Profile
  2. Update first or last name
  3. Tap Save

Update Email

  1. Tap Edit Profile
  2. Tap email field
  3. Enter new email
  4. Verify new email via link sent
  5. Tap Save

Update Phone

  1. Tap Edit Profile
  2. Tap phone field
  3. Enter new number
  4. Verify via SMS code
  5. Tap Save

Add Profile Photo

  1. Tap your avatar
  2. Choose Take Photo or Choose from Library
  3. Crop if needed
  4. Tap Save

Dietary Preferences & Allergies

Keep yourself safe by setting allergy alerts.

Set Up Allergies

  1. Go to Profile and then Allergies
  2. Select any allergies:
    • Peanuts
    • Tree Nuts
    • Dairy
    • Eggs
    • Fish
    • Shellfish
    • Soy
    • Wheat/Gluten
    • Sesame
  3. Tap Save

How Allergy Alerts Work

Once set, you will see:

  • Warning icons on menu items containing allergens
  • Cart warnings before checkout
  • Checkout block if allergen conflicts exist
  • Special instructions auto-added to orders

Notification Settings

Manage Notifications

  1. Go to Profile and then Notifications
  2. Toggle each type:
    • Order Updates - Status changes
    • Promotions - Deals and offers
    • Loyalty - Points and rewards
    • News - App updates

Notification Methods

Choose how to receive:

  • Push notifications
  • Email
  • SMS

Privacy Settings

  1. Go to Profile and then Privacy
  2. Manage:
    • Location sharing
    • Order history visibility
    • Marketing preferences
    • Data sharing

Account Security

Change Password

  1. Go to Profile and then Security
  2. Tap Change Password
  3. Enter current password
  4. Enter new password (twice)
  5. Tap Update

Two-Factor Authentication

  1. Go to Security and then Two-Factor
  2. Choose SMS or Authenticator App
  3. Follow setup steps
  4. Save backup codes

Delete Account

To permanently delete your account:

  1. Go to Profile and then Settings
  2. Scroll to Delete Account
  3. Tap Delete My Account
  4. Enter password to confirm
  5. Tap Permanently Delete

Note: This action cannot be undone. Order history will be retained for legal compliance.
