- Fulfillment - Kitchen coordination and delivery logistics

Quick Start
Creating a Catering Order
- Go to Catering > New Order
- Select customer or create new
- Choose event date and time
- Select menu items
- Apply pricing (per-person or bulk)
- Generate quote
- Collect deposit
- Confirm order
Managing Events
- Go to Catering > Calendar
- View all scheduled events
- Check capacity by date
- Assign staff and resources
- Track fulfillment status
