At Restaurant Revolution, we believe you should always know the status of your system and your data. We've introduced two new features to give you complete peace of mind.

Offline Confidence Widget

The Connectivity Status Icon (top-right corner of the POS) has been upgraded to a full Confidence Widget.

What it Shows

Tap the icon to see a detailed health check:

• Cloud Connection: Green/Red indicator.
• Pending Syncs: Number of orders waiting to upload (e.g., "3 orders pending").
• Local Network: Status of printers and KDS.
• Estimated Sync Time: "All data will be safe in ~5 seconds."

Why it Matters

In the past, "Offline" was scary. Now, we show you exactly what is offline and how much data is safely stored on your device. You can keep selling with 100% confidence.

Fair Billing Audit Log

We are the first platform to offer a completely transparent Billing Audit Log.

Accessing the Log

Go to Settings > Billing > Audit Log.

What works?

Every time we charge you (subscription fee, transaction fee, or hardware cost), we generate a cryptographic proof of why.

• Transaction Fees: Click any charge to see the exact list of orders that contributed to it.
• Subscription: See exactly which modules were active and for how long.
• Hardware: See shipping tracking numbers and serial numbers.

Dispute Resolution

If you see a charge you don't recognize, click "Dispute" next to the line item. Our support team (and Gennie) will have the exact context to resolve it immediately.
