Software Updates
Updates install automatically during configured window:

Manual Restart
If restart needed:
- Go to Admin > System > Restart
- Select restart type (soft/hard)
- Confirm (affects all connected devices)
- System restarts (~2 minutes)

Manual Backup
- Go to Admin > Backup
- Click Create Backup Now
- Choose backup type (full/incremental)
- Download or store locally
Disaster Recovery
If server fails:
- Get replacement hardware
- Install OlympusEdge
- Connect to cloud account
- Restore from cloud replica
- Resume operations
Recovery time: under 1 hour with cloud replica
Troubleshooting
Server Not Responding
- Check power and UPS status
- Verify network connectivity
- Try accessing via IP address
- Check system logs
- Contact support if unresolved
Sync Not Working
- Check internet connection
- Verify API key validity
- Check firewall rules
- Review sync error logs
- Force manual sync
Slow Performance
- Check CPU and memory usage
- Clear old logs and temp files
- Verify no malware/unauthorized access
- Restart during low traffic
- Upgrade hardware if persistent
AI Not Working
- Verify models are loaded
- Check GPU/CPU resources
- Re-download models
- Fall back to cloud AI
