P&L Summaries
Revenue is broken down by channel (dine-in, takeout, delivery, catering) and expenses by category. Each statement shows variance against budget and prior period so you can spot deviations quickly.
Revenue Trends
Filter by order type, payment method, or menu category to isolate trends. Hourly heatmaps help optimize staffing, while year-over-year views account for seasonality.
Labor Cost Analysis
Reports flag locations or shifts where labor exceeds your target threshold (default: 30%). Key metrics include labor %, overtime hours, cost per cover, and revenue generated per labor hour.
Food Cost Percentages
Track ingredient costs relative to sales at the overall, category, and individual item level. Ideal targets vary by concept, but most full-service restaurants aim for 28-32%.
Multi-Location Comparisons
Compare all locations side by side on revenue, COGS %, labor %, and net profit. Use the comparison view to identify why one location outperforms another and replicate best practices.
Scheduling and Exporting
- Go to Reports > Scheduled and click + New Schedule
- Select report type, frequency (daily, weekly, monthly), and recipients
- Choose format: PDF, Excel, or CSV
- Reports are emailed automatically on schedule
Click Export on any report to download an ad-hoc copy immediately.
