All backups run automatically. Verify status under Owner > Technology > Backup Status -- green indicates all backups are current.
Disaster Recovery

For a complete site loss: obtain replacement hardware from support, connect it, authenticate with owner credentials, select the most recent backup, and restore. Operations resume once sync completes.
Offline Mode Data Protection
When connectivity is lost, OlympusEdge queues all transactions in encrypted local storage (up to 72 hours). When connectivity returns, data syncs automatically with conflict resolution (cloud-wins for config, merge for transactions).
Restoration Procedures
Single record: Go to Owner > Technology > Backup > Restore, select the data type and restore point, preview changes, and confirm.
Full database: Contact support at 1-800-RR-HELP1. The team restores to a staging environment for verification, then applies to production after owner approval.
