Quick Setup

Step 1: Register Your Displays

  1. Go to SettingsDisplays & Signage
  2. Click Add Display
  3. Enter display details:
    • Name (e.g., "Front Counter Board 1")
    • Location/Zone
    • Display type (Menu Board, Promotional, Order Status)
  4. Note the Registration Code
  5. Enter code on your display device

Step 2: Configure Display Settings

  1. Select your display from the list
  2. Set Orientation (landscape/portrait)
  3. Choose Resolution (auto-detected or manual)
  4. Assign to a Display Group

Step 3: Assign Content

  1. Choose a Template or Playlist
  2. Preview content on display
  3. Click Publish

Display Groups

Organize displays by:

To create a group:

  • Online - Display is connected and active
  • Offline - No connection (check network)
  • Warning - Connection intermittent
  • Last Heartbeat - Time of last check-in

Set menus to change automatically by time of day:

  1. Go to ContentSchedules
  2. Click New Schedule
  3. Define dayparts:
    • Breakfast: 6:00 AM - 10:30 AM
    • Lunch: 10:30 AM - 4:00 PM
    • Dinner: 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM
    • Late Night: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Day-of-Week Variations
