Kiosk Management

Monitor, manage, and optimize your self-service kiosks.

Kiosk Dashboard

Access kiosk management:

  1. Go to Platform Portal
  2. Select Devices > Kiosks
  3. View all kiosks

Kiosk Status

Status Indicators

Health Monitoring

For each kiosk, view:

  • Connection: Wi-Fi signal strength
  • Last heartbeat: Time since last check-in
  • App version: Current app version
  • Battery (if applicable): Charge level

Remote Management

Restart Kiosk

If a kiosk is unresponsive:

  1. Select the kiosk
  2. Click Actions > Restart App
  3. Kiosk restarts remotely

Update Menu

Push menu changes immediately:

  1. Make menu changes in Menu Management
  2. Click Sync Kiosks
  3. All kiosks update within 1 minute

Change Settings

Modify settings remotely:

  1. Select the kiosk
  2. Click Settings
  3. Make changes
  4. Save - applies immediately

Lock/Unlock Kiosk

Temporarily disable a kiosk:

  1. Select the kiosk
  2. Click Actions > Lock
  3. Kiosk shows "Out of Service"
  4. Unlock when ready

View performance metrics:

Configure Alerts

  1. Go to Settings > Notifications
  2. Enable kiosk alerts
  3. Set recipients (email, push)
  4. Choose severity levels

View all locations at a glance:

Bulk Actions

Apply to multiple kiosks:

  1. Select kiosks (checkbox)
  2. Click Bulk Actions
  3. Choose action:
    • Update settings
    • Sync menu
    • Restart all
    • Lock/unlock

Daily Kiosk Report

Automatically emailed daily:

  • Total kiosk orders
  • Revenue by kiosk
  • Issues encountered
  • Uptime percentage

Custom Reports

Build custom kiosk reports:

  1. Go to Reports > Custom
  2. Select kiosk metrics
  3. Choose date range
  4. Export CSV or PDF
